I am advised that the grids are an illegal obstruction and that they force some road users to traverse(via the grid bypass) ,uninsured,a CC adopted carriageway unlawfully constructed on Manorial Waste

Could I please request,via yourself,access to the register of entry for liability( evidence of public liability insurance covering the consultation area)?

I am advised that the grids are an illegal obstruction and that they force some road users to traverse(via the grid bypass) ,uninsured,a CC adopted carriageway unlawfully constructed on Manorial Waste.I welcome being disabused of this belief through sight of the aforementioned document but insurers do tell me that they will not insure any Common Land(registered or not).

Could I also request that you add this message to my objection?
